Terms and Condition

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The following Terms and Conditions apply generally to all the products and tour packages sold by Seygo Tour Travel (STT). The purchase of any travel services offered by STT constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and STT, and represents your acceptance of the Seygo Tour Travel set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms and Conditions.

1. Deposit and Final Payment

50% deposit per vacation or tour package is required for STT to reserve space for the client/s. Final payment is due 20 days prior to commencement of services. If final payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled and our cancellation fee policy will apply.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Your booking is confirmed and payment is deemed made once the deposit is received by Seygo Tour Travel. Your reservation will be automatically canceled if deposit is not received by STT by the deposit due date. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Standard Cancellation Fees Policy

· 90 – 61 days prior to commencement of services : 35% of the total cost

· 60 - 46 days prior to commencement of services : 50% of the total cost

· 45 - 0 days prior to commencement of services : 100% of the total cost

Any alteration or revision to a booking, including but not limited to flight cancellations or name changes, may result in the loss of confirmed airline reservations or increased airfare which will be payable by you. For any Low Cost Airline changes, you must contact the airlines directly for changes. For tour packages, cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services, including extra night accommodations, additional hours of car rental and optional excursions reserved prior to, during, and after the tour. Cancellation penalties will be quoted at the time of cancellation. In addition, you are responsible to inform us any if there is any flight delay or changes with your flight schedule immediately as it may affect your tour itinerary.

3. Traveler’s Documents

For Non-Indonesian citizens, you must consult with the Indonesian consulates to determine if any visas are needed as you are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents required. It is generally required that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three (3) blank pages in your passport when travelling. The process of obtaining a visa and/or passport can take up to three months or more.

In addition, a foreigner generally are required to have a confirmed return ticket or an onward flight ticket. There are no refunds for failure to provide documentation by the time required.

Each visitor to Indonesia should acquire a relevant visa to enter the country and should hold a passport of at least 6 months validity beyond the designated date of departure. In addition, visitor to Indonesia should confirm to have either return or through tickets for the onward journey.

4. Disclaimer, Liability and Indemnification

4.1. It is a condition of the booking that the client accepts the possible risk inherent in a tour. The client hereby indemnifies Seygo Tour Travel (STT) with its directors, shareholders and employees against any loss, injury, sickness, death or damages to self, property or vehicles suffered in connection with the participation in a tour or adventure activity. The client also waves any rights which he/she may have entitling them to claim for damages for any loss or injury suffered in connection with the participation in a Tour or any adventure activities.

4.2. If clients suffer from pre-existing medical condition, the clients should consult to their physician before embarking on a Tour or Adventure activities. Such clients must inform STT of such pre-existing medical condition when booking a tour. Should these clients still participate in the tour and/or adventure activities, they indemnify STT against any harm or adverse reactions suffered. Such clients must also ensure that they take along the necessary medication to treat such pre-existing medical conditions.

4.3 The client warrants that he/she and the minor children under his/her care, are in medically fit to participate in the tour.

4.4. STT does not accept direct or indirect liability for damage that might arise out of the use of our website, the content in websites to which our website links, or any submissions made by our employees through email communications or data transmission that caused damage to the client or Third Parties. Our devices are equipped with anti-virus software.

STT reserves the right to cancel or modify itineraries or bookings where emergency circumstances require.

5. Force Majeure

Clause 5 shall be applicable in the case of war, unrest, strike, terrorism, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failure, material shortage or rationing, air carriers schedule amendments or any other unavoidable events beyond STT’s control.

6. Law of Agreement

If legal action should be taken related to the agreement regulated here, it must comply the Law of The Republic of Indonesia.

7. Additional Terms and Conditions

Seygo Tour Travel (STT) as an agent of service providers has its own terms and conditions other than aforementioned here. Therefore, additional terms and conditions will be applied whenever necessary and you are agreeing to bear such terms and conditions.
